Our intelligence is only as good as the way it is produced. This page explains how Arealytics sources, links, verifies and maintains the data behind Arealytics Pro and our datasets — so analysts, lenders, valuers and investors can rely on it with confidence.
Arealytics is built from primary sources — not scraped from portals or re-packaged from third-party feeds. Proprietary field research sits alongside direct relationships with state titles offices, planning authorities, industry bodies and select market-data partners, together covering over 450,000 parcels across every Australian state and territory.
Commercial real estate data in Australia has long been fragmented across systems, formats and providers. The Arealytics PID is a universal property identifier we engineered to link, deduplicate and enrich every record across our network. When you query a property you see all of it — current and historic transactions, off-market activity and ownership changes — already linked, deduplicated and enriched.
Our national field research team collects data directly from properties — verifying occupancy, tenancy, signage and building condition that no algorithm can reliably infer from a desk. Every field record is timestamped, geo-tagged and quality-reviewed before it is added to the data universe.
